1) Roll the soaked bandages around the leg starting from the ankle, overlapping the edges by about 1cm, do not compress excessively. Arrived at the knee, extend the leg and continue to wrap the bandage up to the groin area.

2) Secure the final flap under the last round of bandage.

3) Put on the trousers and secure them with a knot.

4) Relax and leave on for at least 50 minutes.

5) Remove the bandages and massage any residue with upward movements to intensify the effects of the treatment.

THE BANDAGES ARE WASHABLE AND REUSABLE WITH THEIR REFILL. KEEP THE ENVELOPE AS INSTRUCTED. PREPARING FOR THE NEXT USE.

Thoroughly rinse the “open-close” bag and make sure it is completely dry. Wash the bandages by hand with warm water and neutral soap, let them dry completely, roll them up and put them back in the bag for the next use.
