Valerian (Valerian officinalis) is a herb with characteristic pink flowers that is endemic to North America and Europe. Alternatively, it is also known as European Valerian or All Heal. Commercial preparations are derived from the treatment of its root or rhizome.
The first use of valerian in Medicine is reported by the Ancient Greeks. During the last twenty years there has been a significant increase in interest in this particular herb, which is evidenced by the publication of over 200 reviews on its chemical composition and usefulness.
Suitable for vegetarians & vegans
Assimilation time: Less than 1 hour.
Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets half an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
