Description
Melatonin sublingual spray, in combination with organic passionflower, for natural and restful sleep. Sublingual administration offers immediate absorption and ease of use. It should ideally be taken 15-20 minutes before bedtime. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to sleep as well as to alleviate the subjective feeling of time lag of the biological clock (jet lag). Suitable for homeopathy.
How To Use
1 spray (1 mg melatonin) under the tongue every night just before bedtime.
