D3-ODFILM is a vitamin D food supplement.

Vitamin D is only found naturally in certain foods, such as eggs, some fatty fish (anchovies, sardines, mackerel) and dairy products.
The recommended daily amount of vitamin D depends on factors including age, gender, body weight, pregnancy, menopause.

However, it is impossible to obtain adequate vitamin D through diet alone. The best source of vitamin D is UVB radiation from the sun, which stimulates vitamin D synthesis.

Clinical and epidemiological studies have shown that for most people, the daily intake of vitamin D through diet and sun exposure alone is not sufficient to ensure adequate levels in the body.
