The rose (Rosa damascena) has an excellent, rich floral aroma that helps relieve stress and nervous tension, boosts self-confidence, self-esteem and mental strength.

• This essential oil is great for skin care, especially for mature, dry or sensitive skin, to reduce the appearance of scars and wrinkles, to tone, tighten and moisturize the skin.
• The rose works to balance hormones and support women’s reproductive health, relieving cramps, nausea, pain and fatigue associated with menstruation. It is usually considered aphrodisiac.

The rose goes well with Bergamot, Frankincense, Lavender, Patchouli, Chamomile, Jasmine, Neroli and Geranium.

• Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
• Take special care as some oils are unsuitable for babies and children.
• For use during pregnancy or breast-feeding, consult your doctor.
• Do not use them insoluble on your skin and of course before you use it for a first time, do an allergic reaction test.
