Description
Sage (Salvia officinalis) has a sweet floral, herbaceous aroma. It is a relaxing and refreshing essential oil that helps reduce emotional stress, while it can also help with headaches and anxiety.

• It supports a healthy digestive system and is believed to help boost the immune system.
• Sage is known to help balance hormones and has historically been used to relieve menopausal symptoms, regulate irregular menstruation and reduce menstrual cramps.
• It is a relaxing and regulating addition to hair and skin care products, especially for oily hair and skin.

Sage combines well with wild cypress, lavender, bergamot, geranium, sandalwood, cedar wood and citrus essential oils.

• Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
• Take special care as some oils are unsuitable for babies and children.
• For use during pregnancy or breast-feeding, consult your doctor.
• Do not use them insoluble on your skin and of course before you use it for a first time, do an allergic reaction test.
