• Thyme has known antiseptic and antibacterial and expectorant properties as it helps remove excess mucus. It is traditionally used as a herbal medicine to relieve cough.
  Iceland Moss and lichen and it is traditionally used to soothe sore throat and as a cough remedy.
• Black elder (elderberry) is commonly used in food supplements to prevent and treat the symptoms of the common cold and flu.
• Oregano and Lavender are herbs particularly beneficial for the treatment of dry cough.
• Forest Pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) is traditionally used as an expectorant due to its high content of essential oil. The effect of pine alleviates symptoms of common cold, influenza, cough, nasal congestion.

Adults and children over 12 years old: A spoon (10ml) 3 times a day. The syrup can be diluted in water or juice. Shake before use. It should not be used for more than 5 consecutive days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
