Easy dose with graduated measuring cup
Adults and children over 8 years: one to two measuring cups daily
Children 4-7 years old: half to one and a half to two measuring cup daily
Children 2-3 years old: one quarter to half measuring cup daily
Infants from 6 months old (weight >7 kg): 5-10ml per day
The daily dose should preferably be taken once in the morning.
Action time: For the 1st time it will take 1-3 days to experience a normal bowel function (depending on how dehydrated or hard your faeces were).
Daily use will result to 1 normal bowel function per day.
