How To Use- Hold the thread between the fingers
- Floss between the teeth with a gentle back and forth motion
- Holding the floss on the surface of the tooth, start as close to the gum line as possible, removing the floss from the gums
- Floss both ends of each tooth and behind the last teeth
- Discard after use
