How To Use

Remove the plastic liner and look for the left (L) identification mark from the right (R) bottom. Lay the bottom with the sticky side down. Make sure that the raised surface of the sole is placed under the arch of the sole. Reinstall as needed. Replace after 6 months or after the first signs of wear.
