This product combines the powerful bioflavonoids, rutin and hesperidin with a full 500mg of vitamin C. These bioflavonoids are naturally sourced, rutin being extracted from buckwheat and hesperidin from citrus fruit skins. Bioflavonoids have been the focus of research as they appear to be used by the body in a number of ways; in particular they support vitamin C in the role it plays in the maintenance of healthy collagen and cartilage for the normal function of the skin, gums and the immune system. Vitamin C also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

• Combines two naturally sourced bioflavonoids, rutin and hesperidin

• Each tablet supplies a combination of 500mg of vitamin C and 200mg of bioflavonoids (including rutin)
• Vitamin C also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress caused by ‘free radicals’

1-2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed.
