Natural sesame oil, being a vegetable oil, has no side effects. Even accidentally inhaling it does not cause problems because this oil breaks down enzymatically.

Use/Dosage : Children from the age of 3 years and older and adults can apply it several times a day, e.g. every 3-4 hours, 1-2 nasal sprays in each nostril. GeloSitin Nasal care can be used up to 5 times a day.
