As a product with whole wheat flour, frezylac Trachahanakis brings together all the nutritional benefits of this production process. Particularly digestible, thanks to the special protein composition of goat’s milk it contains. Finally, the correctly selected grain size is ideal for easy cooking and creamy pleasant texture that does not require grinding while its mild taste, without a characteristic odor, completes the list of its advantages.
Suitable for Infants from 6 months, young children, adults and the elderly.

• Add to a saucepan 400 gr. water and 40 gr. (approximately 4 tbsp.) frezylac Trachahanakis. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly to prevent sticking. The meal is ready as soon as it boils. (about 5 minutes after boiling starts). Serve and enjoy the trachana lukewarm. Alternative serving suggestion: to the ready meal, after it cools down first, add 60ml of ready frezylac milk.
• Ideal base for the preparation of desserts of the whole family with the addition of milk, fruit, honey, cinnamon, tahini, etc.
• After opening a bag, the contents should be consumed within 3 weeks.
