• Depending on the age and preferences of the baby, Frezylac Whole Wheat Rice Flour can be consumed:
  – as a complete meal
  – as an addition to a vegetable meal
  as a base for fruit cream
• For older children and adults Frezylac Whole Wheat Rice Flour is a nutritious quick meal that can be combined with fruit, yogurt, raisins, nuts. In this case, use fresh milk full of 3.5% fat.

How To Use

• For each meal, boil fresh clean water for 5 minutes and let it become lukewarm (about 50oC). Measure and pour the required amount of boiled water (100 ml) and warm milk (100 ml) on the baby’s plate. Add 5 tablespoons (about 25 gr) of baby cream powder Whole Wheat Rice Flour. Mix well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture, let it soak for about a minute until it acquires a soft texture and feed with a clean spoon. Serve when cool.
  
• Alternatively you can prepare the meal by maintaining the same proportions (100ml) with organic baby milk Frezylac Gold 2 or Frezylac Platinum 2 – which you will prepare according to the reconstitution instructions that you will find in the box Frezylac Gold 2 or Frezylac Platinum 2 respectively.
  
• After opening the product is stored for 2-3 weeks.
