Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia) has a rich, warm, sweet aroma.

• It is relaxing, has a calming effect on the nervous system and can help relieve stress, anger and anxiety.
• Vanilla has properties that can soothe inflammation and hyperactivity in the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and nervous systems.
• As an antioxidant it can be a great addition to your daily skin and hair care program.
• Vanilla is also considered an aphrodisiac and is commonly used in aromatherapy.

Vanilla is well combined with Sandalwood, Orange, citrus oils and floral essential oils.

• Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
• Take special care as some oils are unsuitable for babies and children.
• For use during pregnancy or breast-feeding, consult your doctor.
