Orange (Citrus sinensis) is sweet, fresh and fruity.

• This refreshing essential oil helps relieve tension and stress, fights fatigue, enhances mental clarity and encourages a positive outlook.
• It is considered a tonic, strengthening and regulating the body systems and boosting immunity.
• Orange can be used to improve dull and oily skin types, tones the skin and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
• Orange promotes better digestion, relieves indigestion and cramps and helps rid the body of toxins and fluid retention.

Orange goes well with Lavender, Neroli, Lemon, Sage, Myrrh and Cinnamon.

• Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
• Take special care as some oils are unsuitable for babies and children.
