Chicco Cooling Teething Ring

The cooling teething ring in the shape of a koala is the solution that Chicco has studied for the sensitive gums of the little ones.
Super refreshing: thanks to the stainless steel insert it relieves the discomfort of teething
Super soft: Made of 100% silicone, safe and healthy.
The cooling koala teething ring combines ultra-soft, silicone with a stainless steel insert that can be quickly frozen in the fridge or in ice cubes for added relief.
Easy to grip even for small hands thanks to the ergonomic design, it has a soft texture on both sides to massage the gums and relieve the discomfort of teething.

How To Use
  1. Clean the Teething Hoop: Before giving it to your baby, ensure that the teething hoop is clean. Wash it with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. Some teething hoops are also dishwasher-safe, but always check the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Supervise at All Times: Never leave your baby unattended while using the teething hoop. While they’re designed to be safe for babies, there’s always a risk of choking or any other accidents.
  3. Hand to Baby: Hold the teething hoop and allow your baby to grasp it. Babies will instinctively bring it to their mouths to chew. The pressure of biting down on the hoop can help relieve the pain of emerging teeth.
  4. Cooling: Some babies find relief with a slightly cold teething hoop. You can place the teething ring in the refrigerator (NOT the freezer) for a short time to cool it. Always check the temperature before giving it to your baby to ensure it’s not too cold.
  5. Inspect for Wear and Tear: Regularly inspect the teething hoop for signs of damage, like cracks or breaks. If you find any, discard the hoop immediately to prevent any potential choking hazards.
  6. Limit Use: Don’t let your baby chew on the hoop for prolonged periods. It’s a tool to help with teething discomfort, not a regular toy.
  7. Clean After Use: Always clean the teething hoop after each use to ensure it’s free of germs.
  8. Avoid Use of Gels or Medications: It’s generally recommended not to apply teething gels or medications to teething hoops, as these can lead to potential health risks for the baby. Always consult with a pediatrician before using any medications or remedies.
  9. Comfort and Distract: Sometimes, the best thing alongside the teething hoop is comfort from a caregiver and distraction. Holding, cuddling, or engaging in play can also help distract the baby from their discomfort.
