smectiGo is indicated for:

• The treatment of acute diarrhea in adults and children over 8 years of age
• The treatment of chronic diarrhea or abdominal pain in adults

Action:

• It works by removing all pathogenic microorganisms (viruses, bacteria, toxins) at the heart of the problem
• It restores the intestinal mucosa thanks to its unique masking properties
• It relieves pain because it protects the intestinal mucosa

• Children (8 to 15 years): 2 sachets initially, followed by one sachet after each passing of a soft stool, up to 4 sachets per day.
• Adults and children over 15 years: 2 sachets initially, followed by one sachet after each passing of a soft stool, up to 6 sachets per day.

Precautions:

• Do not exceed 6 sachets per day.
• Do not exceed 3 days of treatment.
• Contraindicated in people who are allergic to diosmectite or any of the excipients: xanthan gum, citric acid monohydrate, ascorbic acid, potassium sorbate, sucralose, caramel-cocoa flavor (mixture of natural and synthetic ingredients, caramel coloring (E 150d), syrup caramelized sugar, propylene glycol, water, ethanol, caffeine), distilled water.
• It should be taken at a distance from meals and other medicines you usually take (more than 2 hours if possible).
• Consult the instruction sheet.
• Caution is required for use in patients with a history of severe chronic constipation.
