The method of incorporating the organic cow’s milk FREZYLAC GOLD 2, 2nd infant in the grain of wheat during the fermentation enriches the trachana with additional nutritional benefits while the process of wholemeal with the use of whole grain of wheat, helps to preserve of cereal. Frezylac Trachahanakis is a rich source of valuable fiber and cereals. Add to that the ideal grain size that allows easy cooking and creates a creamy texture that does not require grinding and you have a unique proposal for your baby and child’s dish.
Suitable for Infants from 6 months, young children, adults and the elderly.

• Add to a saucepan 400 gr. water and 40 gr. (approximately 4 tbsp.) frezylac Trachahanakis. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly to prevent sticking. The meal is ready as soon as it boils. (about 5 minutes after boiling starts). Serve and enjoy the trachana lukewarm. Alternative serving suggestion: to the ready meal, after it cools down first, add 60ml of ready frezylac milk.
• Ideal base for the preparation of desserts of the whole family with the addition of milk, fruit, honey, cinnamon, tahini, etc.
• After opening a bag, the contents should be consumed within 3 weeks.
