Description
Pregnall bio-grow tablets contain 24 bio-available nutrients, including 400μg of folic acid, which is essential for the growth of uterine tissues and the smooth development of the fetus. Daily supplementation of 400μg of folic acid for at least one month before and up to three months after conception increases its levels in the pregnant woman, thus avoiding low levels that are a risk factor for damage to the neural tube of the developing fetus. Folic acid also plays a role in cell division, contributing to normal hematopoiesis and maintaining normal homocysteine. Pregnall contains folic acid in the bioavailable form of L-Methyl folate, which is easily absorbed and used directly by the body.
Pregnall bio-grow tablets also contain iron and vitamin B12 which help in the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, vitamins D and K to maintain the good condition of bones and teeth, vitamin C and zinc for the normal functioning of the body. , choline for proper lipid metabolism and chromium for maintaining normal blood glucose levels.
DHA capsules contain high purity fish oil that provides 200mg DHA and 40mg EPA. DHA intake by pregnant women contributes to the normal development of the fetus’s brain and eyes, as they receive 200mg of DHA daily in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega 3 fatty acids for adults which is 250mg DHA and EPA. You can start taking Pregnall bio-plus at any stage before and during pregnancy.

One tablet and one capsule daily with food and water.
