• Effective for treating injuries such as strains, sprains, fractures, tendinitis, and epicondylitis.
• Delays the formation of swelling.
• Reduces the risk of bleeding and swelling.
• May enable the continuation of athletic activities in the case of minor injuries.

• Preparation:
  • Ensure the affected area is clean and dry.
  • Shake the ice spray can well before use.
• Application:
  • Hold the can about 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) away from the injured area.
  • Spray the affected area in short bursts (2-3 seconds) to avoid frostbite.
  • Do not spray continuously for more than 3 seconds in one spot.
• Coverage:
  • Make sure to cover the entire injured area.
  • Move the can in a circular motion for even distribution.
• Frequency:
  • Apply the ice spray immediately after the injury for the best results.
  • Repeat every 2-3 hours as needed, but no more than 4 times a day.
• Precautions:
  • Avoid spraying on open wounds or broken skin.
  • Do not use near the eyes or face.
  • Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
• After Application:
