For the body:
Gently massage into dry or wet skin.

For hair:
Massage into dry or fresh hair and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Go to the shampoo and then rinse. Alternatively, apply a small amount to the ends of the hair after shampooing. No need to rinse.
