Description
Melatonin Pura 1mg is a food supplement for those who have difficulties sleeping. It helps to reduce sleep onset time and relieves the feeling of desynchronisation of the biological clock due to rapid long distance travel (jet lag). Its beneficial effects on sleep are assured by the intake of 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime, while to avoid jet lag by intake of at least 0.5 mg before bedtime on the first day of the trip and the same daily intake for 2- 3 days after the arrival at destination. Recommended especially for seniors who have objective sleeping disorders.

1 microtablet with water, preferably 1 hour before bedtime.
