Shake before use. Take 45ml in the morning on an empty stomach for a week (start-up phase) and then 15 ml in the morning on an empty stomach. Alternatively you can take any amount up to 60ml daily for as long as you wish, in order to take advantage of the beneficial properties of the product.
Recommended download time at least 3 months. Do not use during pregnancy or breast-feeding and in children under 6 years of age.
