Description

Quest’s B Complex timed release nutritional supplement is a high-content formulation of B vitamins. Its slow-release tablets slowly release the vitamins over a full 6 hours, ensuring optimal absorption.

Vitamins B1, B12 and biotin contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Pantothenic acid, also known as vitamin B5, supports normal mental performance, while vitamins B2, B3, B6 and B12 provide energy and reduce fatigue and physical exhaustion.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALLERGIES
B Complex timed release contains soy lecithin. Lecithin is used in the preparation of the slow-release tablet.

One tablet a day with the main meal with water.

It is kept in a dry and cool place, at a temperature lower than 25oC. Keep away from children.

Long-term intake of the amount of B6 contained in the product may cause mild itching and numbness.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. This product is not intended for the prevention, treatment or cure of human disease. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have health problems.
