Description
Symbactil contains 10 bacterial strains of lactobacilli, bifidobacteria and streptococcus & fructooligosaccharides (prebiotic), providing 8.8 billion probiotics per capsule.
Symbactil probiotics are freeze-dried (lyophilized) and microencapsulated three times. In this way, their viability and resistance to stomach acids is increased and their successful colonization in the intestinal tract is ensured, from where they offer their valuable help in gastrointestinal problems and in strengthening the immune system.
The fructooligosaccharides of Symbactil act as a substrate for the growth of probiotics, providing the right nutrients for the microorganisms to survive and adhere to the intestinal wall from where they can act. In addition, their use does not cause an increase in triglyceride levels and is considered a suitable substance for diabetics.
Due to its carefully selected composition, Symbactil is recommended:
- To strengthen the intestinal microbiome
- When taking an antibiotic or birth control pills
- To treat disorders of the intestinal flora
- In constipation & diarrhea
- In chronic inflammations and bowel diseases
- In gastrointestinal disorders
- In urogenital infections
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 capsule daily or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
- To be taken with a meal (not hot) with water.
- Attention! Bacteria are sensitive to high temperatures – do not wash the capsule with hot liquids.
- Symbactil should be used 2 hours after / before taking medicines.
- The capsule can be opened and its contents mixed with water, milk or fruit juice (not hot) and consumed immediately after preparation.
- Suitable for daily long-term consumption.
Precautions
Consult your doctor for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Contraindications
People on immunosuppressants are advised to consult their doctor before using the product.
Storage
Symbactil does not need refrigeration. Keep it in a dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, protected from sunlight. Improper storage conditions such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity and storage in freezing conditions may cause the product to deteriorate.
