How to Naturally Clean Stains from Hands

Stains on the hands usually appear either due to age or due to excessive sun exposure. Fortunately, there are ways to get rid of them beyond aesthetic methods. The natural remedies you will read about here are easy but should not be applied during the day when the hands are exposed to the sun, as this can create more spots.

Lemon juice

It has been known since antiquity that lemon juice is a miraculous skin whitener. Lemon can remove stains from your hands slowly. Spread the juice at nighttime only, because if your skin is exposed to the sun while having put lemon, it can damage it. Use the juice of half a lemon in combination with two slices of cucumber which you will soak with the lemon juice. Place the slices on your hands for twenty minutes and then wash them properly.

Aloe vera gel

Your hands are exposed daily and the sun and dryness cause spots to appear gradually. You may also not notice them at first. But your hands will start to look old. Applying a little aloe vera gel daily will help your hands to rejuvenate slowly. Aloe vera gel moisturizes the skin, tones it and erases brown spots. It is an easy treatment with spectacular results if repeated daily. Aloe also prevents the premature signs of aging of the skin of the hands.

Oxygen

Its use needs special attention. Oxygen can cause itching and irritation to sensitive skin. Soak a piece of cotton with a little oxygen and place it on the spots on your skin leaving it to be absorbed and act overnight. If you feel the slightest irritation, however, you should remove it.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is very good for your health overall, while it also helps to remove stains from your hands. All you have to do is mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with one tablespoon of a moisturizing hand cream. Massage your hands until the mixture is well absorbed and leave it on overnight.
