Joints
Beginning:
From 6 to 12 years: 2 capsules in the morning for 1 month.
From 12 years and over: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening for 1 month.
Maintenance:
From 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule in the morning.
From 12 years: 2 capsules in the morning.

Tendons
From 6 to 12 years: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening for 1 week.
From 12 years: 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening for 1 week.
