Lepicol dietary supplement is a unique combination of psyllium bark fiber, 5 probiotics and the inulin prebiotic. The psyllium bark is rich in soluble fiber and has the property, dissolving in water, to turn into a soft gel that increases the volume, consistency and moisture of the useless material inside the intestine. In this way, the movement inside the intestine and the elimination of feces (emptying) is normalized, it becomes easier, without effort, pain or irritation. The probiotics contained in Lepicol are 5 different strains of lactobacilli, which enhance the levels of friendly bacteria in the gut, contributing to the balance of its flora and its proper functioning. Lepicol also contains the prebiotic inulin, an oligosaccharide that works synergistically with lactobacilli, enhancing their number and action in the gut. The ingredients of Lepicol come from natural sources and are not absorbed by the body but reach and act directly on the intestine without causing irritation.

It is recommended to take Lepicol at least 30 minutes before eating. Adults: Mix 1 to 2 full teaspoons (2.5-5g) with a glass of water or juice and consume immediately, once or twice a day.
