Brewer’s Yeast is a valuable nutritional product as it provides the body with a high content of proteins (46%) & carbohydrates (36%) as well as vitamin B1.
In addition to brewer’s yeast, the product also contains vitamins B2 & biotin. Vitamins B1, B2 and biotin contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production as well as to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

In addition, vitamin B2 helps reduce fatigue & maintain vision while vitamin B2 and biotin help maintain skin condition. Biotin also helps to maintain the normal condition of the hair.

2 tablets per main meal, i.e. 6 tablets per day.
