• L-Carnitine is a non-essential amino acid that is synthesized in the body from Lysine.

• Its most well-known metabolic function is the transport of long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria of muscle cells (including cardiac muscle) for oxidation.

• Each capsule provides 500mg of free-form L-Carnitine (derived from 735mg of L-Carnitine Tartrate) for maximum absorption and bioavailability.

• As with all Lamberts products, it is manufactured in the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.

• Take with juice or water (preferably not with milk)
