Description
L-Mesitran Tulle is a non-adherent polyethylene dressing impregnated with L-Mesitran Soft.   It contains 40% Medical Grade Honey, medical grade hypoallergenic lanolin, propylene glycol, PEG 4000 and vitamin C& E.
As a primary dressing, L-Mesitran Tulle is excellent to apply on acute wounds. It can be used for both deep and superficial wounds with smaller and larger amounts of exudate.The Tulle must be covered with a secondary dressing and is intended for single use.

• The application of the product must be accompanied by the placement of an additional exudate absorption pad, e.g. gauze, foam, non-woven etc.
• The product ensures painless removal of the patch as it peels off easily when removed without injuring the tissue while preventing the attachment of the additional exudate absorption patch.
• It is placed directly on the wound and adapts to it, while it can also be cut in order to be placed in more places.
• The indicated retention time of the product in the wound is determined in 1-5 days depending on the condition of the wound. In case of infection, daily change of the product is recommended.
• It has no effect on blood glucose levels and does not penetrate the wound. No side effects have been reported or reported to date, however it is not recommended to be used by people who are allergic to its ingredients.

Medical honey (40%): Medium osmotic action
Vitamin C: Promotes the synthesis of collagen and connective tissues.
Vitamin E: Strong anti-inflammatory, immune properties. Strengthens the healing process.
Hypoallergenic lanolin: Promotes wound epithelialization.
Polyethylene glycols 4000: Density stabilizers.
