Apply a small amount of toothpaste on the toothbrush and brush your teeth. For best results, apply twice a day.

Children under the age of 6 should brush their teeth under adult supervision and use an amount of toothpaste equal to the size of 1 pea. Store in a cool and dry place. It is not swallowed.
