1. Before applying the cream, it would be good to start with a gentle exfoliation of the area, ideally using the Cleansing and Exfoliating Soap with Pumice and Perlite, to help remove the hardened dead cells of the heel skin. Then dry the spot thoroughly.
2. Apply a sufficient amount locally to the heel with gentle circular strokes, until it is fully absorbed.
3. Repeat the process once more overnight, or follow your doctor’s instructions on the frequency.
4. Using cotton socks, immediately after the products application, could speed up the healing process.
