Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) is a stimulating oil with a strong, woody, herbal aroma that is mentally stimulating and relieves stress. It is a wonderful essential oil that helps strengthen a healthy immune system and prevent infections.

• Thyme can boost circulation, help remove toxins and act as an anti-inflammatory to soothe minor aches and pains.
• It can improve the appearance of scars and signs of aging and keep the skin clean, hydrated and alive.
• Thyme has also been used to heal wounds, prevent inflammatory pain and prevent infection in small wounds.

Thyme goes well with Bergamot, Lavender, Lemon and Rosemary.

• Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
• Take special care as some oils are unsuitable for babies and children.
• For use during pregnancy or breast-feeding, consult your doctor.
• Do not use them insoluble on your skin and of course before you use it for a first time, do an allergic reaction test.
