Lemon (Citrus limon) has a light, fresh citrus aroma that refreshes, activates and promotes optimism.

• Lemon is great to add to household cleaners and air fresheners.
• Helps support the immune, respiratory, circulatory and digestive systems. Lemon is one of the best essential oils for skin care due to its natural astringent properties, it can be used as a skin tonic, to balance oily skin and brighten dull skin.
• Often used to combat fatigue.

Lemon goes well with Lavender, Sandalwood, Frankincense, Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Wild Cypress, Ylang ylang, Rose and Sage.

• Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
• Take special care as some oils are unsuitable for babies and children.
• For use during pregnancy or breast-feeding, consult your doctor.
• Do not use them insoluble on your skin and of course before you use it for a first time, do an allergic reaction test.
