Fillerina 12Ha Densifying-Filler associates 3 Collagen molecules with different molecular weights (2.000, 12.000 and 300.000 Da) which, by penetrating up to the dermis (ex vivo test with Franz Cells), can promote an increase in the extracellular matrix density and improve the filling effect, in synergy with Hyaluronic Acid molecules. With chronological ageing also the quantity and quality of Elastin, the protein that builds up elastic fibres, drastically decreases thus threatening skin plasticity and contributing to skin sagging. The formulation associates 2 molecules of Elastin with different molecular weights (1 400 Da and 2 200 Da), which aim at compensating this loss and restore skin elasticity and plasticity.

• GRADE 3: Initial wrinkles and expression lines. Initial age wrinkles and uneven microrelief. Initial depression and depletion of the tissues. Skin with decreasing thickness, density and plasticity. Initial sagging signs. Need for more volume to cheekbones and lips.
• GRADE 4: Deep wrinkles and expression lines. Age wrinkles with visible, marked and uneven microrelief. Conspicuous depression and depletion of the tissues. Skin with poor thickness, density and plasticity. Visible sagging signs. Need for more volume to cheekbones and lips.
• GRADE 5: Very deep wrinkles and expression lines. Age wrinkles with very marked and uneven microrelief. Severe depression and depletion of the tissues. Skin with insufficient thickness, density and plasticity. Marked sagging signs. Need for more volume to cheekbones and lips.

It is applied daily in the morning on clean and dry skin on the face and neck, in parallel with the Fillerina 12HA Densifying Filler Face Treatment or after the intensive treatment is completed to maintain and enhance the results. It is applied alone as a daily care treatment.

Fillerina 12 Hyaluronic Acids: The molecular weights of the 12 Hyaluronic Acids with filler action contained in this composition range from 400 to 2,000,000 Daltons, and have all demonstrated high penetration (ex vivo Franz control) into the various layers of the skin achieving the filling and replenishing the volume of skin tissues.
3 collagen molecules: with different molecular weights (2,000, 12,000 and 300,000 Da), which penetrating to the skin (ex vivo Franz control) promote the increase of the density of the extracellular network and enhance the filling action, synergistically with the molecules of Hyaluronic Acid .
2 elastin molecules: with different molecular weights (1,400 Da and 2,200 Da), which specifically aim at the elastin replenishment and the restoration of the elasticity and firmness of the skin.
Vitamin E: antioxidant action, anti-aging and repair
Acetylhexapeptide 37: peptide that contributes to the transdermal circulation of water.
Matrifull: a peptide that stimulates the synthesis of collagen in the skin.
