Due to its strong antioxidant properties Selenium enhances thyroid function and the immune system. Selenium can be beneficial for the muscles against problems caused by free radicals, which occur after intense exercise, and for this reason it is useful for athletes.

How To UseTake one (1) tablet per day after breakfast or lunch for 3 months. Stop using for one month. Repeat the dosage scheme in the same manner. The recommended daily dosage should not be exceeded in order to avoid undesirable effects.
