Saw Palmetto or Serenoa is a plant that resembles a palm tree and produces fruits similar to berries, the extract of which is known for its multiple beneficiary properties. Contains ingredients such as Saw Palmetto Berry Extract, Gelatin, Glycerin, Purified Water, Sunflower oil. Currently, saw palmetto, apart from its anti-hair loss action is also promoted as a dietary supplement for urinary symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate gland (also called benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH), as well as for chronic pelvic pain, migraine and other conditions.

Studies have shown that Saw Palmetto is an effective antiandrogen.

• First, it lowers dehydrotestosterone (DHT) levels in the body by inhibiting the action of 5-alpha reductase.
• Second, Saw Palmetto blocks dehydrotestosterone (DHT) receptors on cell membranes, which is a major cause of androgenetic alopecia.
