3 capsules a day, one hour before meals.

• LactoBacillus Reuteri: Gram-positive bacterium that resides in the gut. Produces reuterin (a natural antibiotic) that inhibits the synthesis of harmful bacteria.
• Bifidobacteria: They help inhibit the colonization of pathogenic bacteria by producing lactic acid, acetic acid, low chain fatty acids that reduce the pH of the intestine and at the same time H2O2 that inhibit the growth of harmful enzymes. Together with lactobacilli they help maintain the balance of the intestinal flora.
• Inulin-FOS (Fructooligosaccharides – Fructans): They act as prebiotics, are not digested but are used by bacteria for colonization and metabolism. Therefore, they enhance the beneficial bacteria, while at the same time relieving constipation because they reduce the residence time of food in the digestive tract.
