BacteFiber regular is 100% organic water soluble fiber from the guar plant. It is provided in powder form, completely soluble in liquid and solid foods with neutral taste and smell. It acts as a natural prebiotic, improving the growth of beneficial bacteria, to restore the natural motility of the intestine and relieve constipation. BacteFiber regular is aimed at people with constipation symptoms and bowel motility problems. It is ideal for LOW FODMAP diet due to the low content of FODMAP hydrolyzed guar gum (LOW FODMAP certification by Monash University). BacteFiber regular is an easy way to increase your fiber intake in your daily diet.

1 sachet 1-2 times a day or as directed by your doctor, dietitian or pharmacist. BacteFiber regular can be taken mixed with water or other foods such as fruit, yogurt, fruit juice or hot food, without altering their taste. Mixing with carbonated beverages is not recommended.
