BacteFiber mastiha is 100% organic water soluble fiber from the plant guar, Chios mastic and inulin. It is supplied in powder form completely soluble in liquid and solid foods. It acts as a natural prebiotic, improving the growth of beneficial bacteria, to restore the natural motility of the intestine and relieve constipation. Chios mastic is traditionally used as a means of relieving stomach disorders. Inulin, a prebiotic dandelion fiber, reaches the gut undigested and is used as food by friendly bacteria, allowing them to increase in number. BacteFiber mastiha is aimed at people with constipation symptoms, bowel motility problems and digestive disorders. BacteFiber mastiha is an easy way to increase your fiber intake in your daily diet.

1 sachet 1-2 times a day or as directed by your doctor, dietitian or pharmacist. BacteFiber mastiha can be taken mixed with water or other foods such as fruit, yogurt, fruit juice or hot food, without altering their taste. Mixing with carbonated beverages is not recommended.
