Arkopharma Active Charbon has the ability to remain in the intestinal tract and absorb intestinal gases. It undergoes a special treatment (charring and injection with water vapor) which creates on its surface countless tiny pores, to which it owes its absorbent properties. So it can also be used in cases of diarrhea, aerophagia, flatulence (bloating), as well as in irritable bowel syndrome.
